Asian Conference on Energy, Power and Transportation Electrification (ACEPT)

The third Asian Conference on Energy, Power and Transportation Electrification (ACEPT) organized by Energy Research Institute @ NTU (ERI@N), is part of Asia Clean Energy Summit (ACES), and held in conjunction with Singapore International Energy Week (SIEW 2018). ACEPT 2018 will cooperate with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) to bring together the world leading experts to present emerging topics on energy, power, and transportation electrification.
ACEPT 2018 is technically co-sponsored by IEEE Transportation Electrification Community, Power Electronics Society, Power and Energy Society and Industry Applications Society.
Call for Papers is now OPEN.
Deadline for submission of full paper is 1 June 2018
Authors will be notified of acceptance no later than 20 July 2018
Final paper manuscripts are due no later than 14 September 2018
Accepted and presented manuscripts at the conference, will be indexed in IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Please allow up to 2 months (from end date of conference) for manuscripts to be made available in IEEE Xplore.
3 Best Papers Awards will be given out on 1 November 2018.
All Authors presenting the papers shall receive a Certificate of Participation.
Preparation of Full Paper: Prospective authors of technical papers are asked to submit a full paper of their planned presentation.
Authors are requested to register for an account at https://acept2018.submittable.com to upload the full paper (in PDF format). Please include details of the primary contact and presenter.
All authors should obtain company and governmental clearance prior to submission of the Full Paper. Full Papers will be sent to multiple reviewers; therefore, “Confidential” and “Proprietary” information should be omitted.Please note that papers presented at ACEPT 2018 must be original material and not have been presented at previous conferences or previously published. Manuscripts not received by the deadline above may not be published in the Proceedings and will not be presented at the conference. Finished manuscripts should not exceed eight (8) pages.
